Property and report was amazing. However, the only negative is if you have numerous drivers at property there is a limit of 5 cars per property.

It was so exciting to see the kid’s reactions to the themed rooms. The space was amazing and had plenty of room for everyone in our party of 10. The private pool was great and we also loved the larger community pool. We thoroughly our vacation and we thought the price was great for this beautiful home.
Our family vacation was superb. We had an amazing time in this house. We had a large party of 25 guests and the kids favorite spots were the game room, theatre and pool. This location was convenient to parks and shopping areas. The check-in process was easy and even when I had to add a surprise guest, Nick answered the phone and helped me right away after 11pm. Very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this house, but don’t be late with checking out. <br/>Upon getting prepared to check out, we were met with the cleaning crew 15 minutes ahead of time who was visibly frustrated that we were not out out of the house. He stood across the street from us with his arms folded staring at us as if we were being evicted (lol). It was funny to see, but just know 10 o’clock means 10 o’clock not a second after on checkout.<br/>Overall, an amazing time and experience.
Nick’s home is very beautiful and spacious. Great place for family and big group trips. We celebrated my sister’s bachelorette here and had a great time! Great location not too far from shopping, food and it is within walking distance to the water park in the neighborhood. Private pool access was great to have as well. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
Great time: kids loved the children bedrooms, the theater room, the game room. House is on the corner so you feel it’s open and you have a big empty space behind the house, it does not feel cramped between two houses like most of the homes there. I would stay again happily. Things to note: I paid for the pool heater, and the pool was properly heated, great. Be aware that only the pool or Jacuzzi can be heated. If you want the Jacuzzi to be at 104°, the pool heat has to be turned off- if the pool heater is on then both the Pool and Jacuzzi will be a very pleasant 90°. You might need some more pillows and blankets if every room is used. we rented from Nick for an extra $50 total and it got there same day. Any issue was taken care of within a few hours. Be aware at Security if you have any guests to visit you, you must get advanced notice of their names on ID so that Security will let them through. 15/20 minutes from Disney without traffic, with traffic could be much longer.
