September through early November and late January through February offer shorter queues, lower prices, and cooler weather. Florida's sweet spot for families who've done the summer crowds before.

Getting Around

A rental car is the way to go. Our villas have driveway parking for two vehicles, and nothing in Central Florida is more than 30 minutes away. Skip the ride-shares and explore on your own schedule.

Pack Light, Pack Smart

Ponchos beat umbrellas in Florida's afternoon showers. Bring comfortable walking shoes for the parks and flip-flops for everything else. Sunscreen is non-negotiable, even in December.
