The Sanctuary: An Intimate Gated Pocket of West Haven
The Sanctuary is one of six sub-communities inside the larger gated West Haven master community in Davenport, set off Ronald Reagan Parkway with its own gated entrance 300 yards down May Fair Boulevard. With only 130 villas, it has a more intimate, predominantly rental-focused character than the larger Davenport resorts. Guests get access to West Haven's full amenity centre: a resort pool, clubhouse with social lounge, fitness centre, tennis courts, kids' playground, tiki bar, and mini-market. Walt Disney World is about 15 to 20 minutes away (around 11 to 17 miles depending on the park), with SeaWorld a 25 minute drive and Universal around 30 minutes via I-4. ChampionsGate Village, Posner Park, and ChampionsGate Golf are all five minutes from the gate.
